The 56th AGM of Bilton Towers Residents Company Ltd  was held on 20th June 2019 at the Arch Hotel, Great Cumberland Place.  The 2018 accounts closed with a surplus of £ 59,724.  Among the topics raised during “Any other business” item of the meeting’s agenda, several attendees expressed the need for clarification of what is covered the building’s insurance policy and what risks remain the responsibiilty of the lessees.  The general principles that determine this split of responsibilities are now documented on this website, to view them please click here.
