Project for approval at the AGM

Street view of Bilton Towers

Overview

The system that heats and cools Bilton Towers dates back to 1963 and is now reaching the end of its life-cycle.  Its replacement is now necessary.  The proposed replacement system will generate energy costs savings of at least 25% whilst providing greater comfort, with the ability to control the temperature and air-flow room room, and remote access to switch the heating or cooling on prior to returning to a flat after a prolonged absence.

This project will be presented and discussed at the AGM on 22nd June to obtain the shareholders’ approval.
