
Overview
The 2013 AGM was held on 16h May at the Montcalm Hotel, Great Cumberland Place. The 2012 accounts closed with a deficit of £ 30,868 due to the need to replace one of the boilers sooner than anticipated.
The Chairman presented an overview of the major works carried out to date, the most significant of which was the complete refurbishment of the lower block’s roof. The discussion during the meeting focused on the time-scale of future works, and in particular the financing of the replacement of the lifts. The decision was made at the meeting to increase the service charge to allow the works to proceed at a faster pace, there minimising the duration of the disruption.
