The 2014 AGM was held on 26th June the Montcalm Hotel, Great Cumberland Place.  The 2013 accounts closed with a surplus of £ 39,799; this surplus being credited to the reserve fund which serves to finance major works.  This contrasts with the deficits which were recorded in the previous years.

The Chairman thanked the new managing agents RMD Properties for their cost-effective and very professional management of the block.  The replacement of the TV communal aerial system was completed during the course of the year, as was the replacement of the second pair of lifts, leaving the last pair of lifts to be replaced as initially scheduled during the rest of the year.
