As per the regulations in place in the City of Westminster, short-term lettings are not permitted at Bilton Towers as this building is registered as residential accommodation. Short-term stays in the City of Westminster are only permitted in accommodation registered as hotels and guest-houses. The minimum duration of lettings at Bilton Towers is 6 months.

The 2025 AGM (for the accounting year ending 31st December 2024) took place at Bilton Towers on 15th September 2025.
The 2024 accounts closed with a small surplus of £ 58,134, due to lower energy and maintenance costs compared to previous years. Service charge will be reduced by 10.4% in 2026 to reflect the savings we are now generating on electricity and maintenance costs as we gradually replace old equipment with new.
Prior to proceeding with the next phase of the heating/cooling overhaul project, an independent surveyor will be tasked with verifying cost estimates of the remaining works, validating the approach and plan or recommending changes that can reduce the costs, shorten the timeline or improve performance.
