Short-term stays in the City of Westminster are only permitted in accommodation registered as hotels and guest-houses. The minimum duration of lettings at Bilton Towers is 6 months.

An Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company will be held at the Reception of Bilton Towers, at 5.00pm on Wednesday 10th December 2025
The main topic of this meeting will be the presentation of the independent surveyors’ report and recommendations relating to the review of works completed to date (Phase 1) and plans for the next stages of the heating and cooling project
The notice calling this meeting was sent on 13th November, including proxy forms for those Lessees unable to attend on 10th December.
